How long is an appointment?
Appointments last 1 hour but some treatments such as frozen shoulder may only take 1/2 hour. This includes time for undressing and dressing. The first appointment will be longer as any condition you have will be assessed and we will need to complete a questionnaire regarding your health. There is no additional cost for the extra time. Any information collected is held securely as required by current laws.
Will I need more than one appointment?
It will depend on your condition. Occasionally a problem can be improved in one visit. However, chronic longer term conditions often take a course of 3-4 or more treatments and some may require regular maintenance visits at longer intervals thereafter. We reassess your condition together at the beginning and end of each appointment and agree on your immediate and future treatment needs.
How much does it cost?
The cost is £40 per hour and 5 appointments for £175, these must be used within 18 months of purchase.
When are appointments?
I offer flexible appointments including some at the weekend, in the evenings and also early morning if required. Please contact me for availability. Appointments start at the agreed time, please do not arrive early.
Can you treat anyone?
Not everyone can be treated. If you are already being treated by a medical professional or have certain conditions/diseases I may not be able to treat you or treatment may be restricted. In some cases a GP’s permission may be required. Please contact me if you need to discuss.
